The whole point of this one is flexibility. On a trip it carries your passport, cards, boarding passes and cash. At home it becomes a notebook cover with a pen always attached. Same piece, two jobs, no compromise on either.
The right side holds your passport like a book, or use it as a secure slot for documents, or fold bills into it when you are not travelling.
The elastic does three things at once. It binds your notebook in place and lets you swap it out in seconds, it carries your pen so you never go looking for one, and it holds the whole cover shut while you move. Use all three, or leave the pen out and it still works exactly the same.
Made from 1.5mm full-grain Buttero leather, thick enough to hold its shape and thin enough to stay slim. Only 5mm on its own, and it stays flat even fully loaded.
