Received the wrong item (standard size instead of XL), seller very graciously told me to keep the one I received and that he’d send me the XL, no charge. Excellent, except…it never arrived. When I reached out to remind him, he apologized and said he’d send it out, but didn’t. I reached out two more times and was told it would be sent “tomorrow”. Never arrived…when I reached out once again to communicate this, there was no reply whatsoever. Had he been honest about it, I would have been happy to order and pay for the XL, but instead wasted almost two months (original order place early October, now just days away from December 1st), and I have no usable wallet. Wanted to like this product, and to take the seller at his word, but instead very disappointed.
